Absolutely right! Getting a proper guide is needed especially when it has to do with investment. The financial market don't work the way we see/think it does. I've lost quite an amount taking investment decisions on my own, SMH.. I won't try that next time

Hi great video. One question, I’ve just bought a 3 bed property with toilet and bathroom downstairs next to kitchen. Would you do everything you can to relocate bathrooms upstairs buy making one of the bedrooms smaller or would you leave it downstairs? Kind regards

How did you finance the property when you bought each one ? Im sure you had a deposit of how much in % did you get a business loan or what type of loan? What are the monthly installments against the monthly income? Thank you

Hi kevin, a lot of your hmos are 5 bed. I presume for bathrooms you have 1 ensuite ( loft) and 1 main(1st floor) , Is that enough or is it better to have all ensuites, I know you need to think about the area ROI and space per room, But do you think these days tenants are looking for ensuite rooms as standard, thanks

Our tenants have not paid for a house in London for almost 6 months. It's a big headache because I don't want my husband travel to London at this time. Yes, The have been staying for free. I don't want to pay even the electricity bills. I don't like residential property. 😅
