Anything is possible in this case, now it is suppose to be concluded advocate Baloyi is not in the whole of next week as the prosecutor in the case he is delaying matters and judge Ratha didn't say anything same as when advocate Baloyi is cross examining witness he is not interfering but when defense Advocates ask witnesses he becomes an irritation

The Doctor never checked ntanzi under the clothes but he said that he checked him thoroughly,then there is no gold teeth signs,now where to with the state's case?

Ntanzi never kill Senzo because according to the people who were in the house Ntanzi was carrying knife and Senzo died because someone shot him. And that person is one of those who was in Kelly’s mom’s house, and Gininda knows who kill Senzo full stop and one day Gininda will reap what he sow

No Lelo, I'm afraid you're the one who's missing the point. The state is trying to prove that Ntazi had multiple opportunities to tell someone that he was asulted, but for reasons only known to him, he chose not to. The dentist examined him all over but at no point during this examination does he find it necessary to tell the person examining him that "listen i was beaten and chocked just yesterday or the day before. The state's case is getting stronger n stronger by the day.

What a day to remember. I think Ratha and Baloyi in particular have learnt a good lesson. We've seen the state and the court putting words in witnesses mouths. Baloyi I'll interpreted the Doctor and Mnisi came with guns blazing . When the recording was played this brought Baloyi gross embarrassment, humiliation and shame to say the least. Viva Mnisi Viva

@DuduzileZwane-cx7fc for what reason will he do that ?the witnesses mentioned in the statement that Gininda gave was a close friend of Ntanzi and Gininda named Kelly as the mastermind ,so why will he protect the Khumalos and then apply for a J50 to arrest the very same person he did all this for?
