Can a trial court dismiss a case for want of prosecution after the statute of limitations has expired? Reversing the Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia held that a trial court can dismiss a case for want of prosecution outside of the statute of limitations.

You did a great job, Mr. Sessions! You maintained adequate composure while in an intense situation. Through the many oral arguments I have viewed recently, this is definitely one in which I consider to be thorough.
