I had pvcs (pre-venticular-contractions) since I was 16 years old. Had to quit playing soccer at 25 years old. They got worse as i aged. At 33, I started trt due to extreme low levels of testosterone. My pvcs disappeared completely after 8 weeks of treatment. Im 35 years old now and started playing and running more than I did when I was 16. My cardiologist said dont quit trt. It was the first time my pvcs didnt register in the stress test for the first time in 18 years. I lost so many years. I should of been on trt in my 20's. It solved a host of other issues that would take me too long to list. Hormones are overlooked way too often.

@@balancemyhormones Keep up the great work Mike. I know it’s a long and arduous road which you’ve already given many years but the message is getting out there and through to people. I hear it and see it. Doctors and Endos too. Hormone balance is this day and life is paramount to good health and a longer active life. Best regards, Scott. ✌️🙏✌️

Testosterone helps heart through three mechanisms 1) It improves inotropic function, by optimising calcium and magnesium. Myocardium contracts better and stronger 2) Testosterone produces nitric oxide that vasodilators coronary arteries and improves blood flow, oxygen supply 3) Testosterone oxidises visceral fat and lowers LDL, reversing dislipidemia , responsible for atherosclerosis. Low testosterone and Hypogonadism is related to cardiovascular disease

Dr Gupta is one in a million. I live not far from York and if i ever need to see a cardiologist i will be making an appointment with him. I am on trt, 3 years now. I did this as my mental health was suffering , this has improved since taking it. The other reason was heart and overall health. My oestradiol was off the scale low, shown on two different blood tests and my test was also very low. I feel that having such low hormones, is as, if not more detrimental than too high. However, in theses years it certainly isnt a fix all and i am slightly concerned that my efgr has decreased since starting. Coincidentall, i am not sure as i see no data on kidney function and trt. . Could of been correlation with the fact i also had my two vaccines in the year it decreased! Maybe a video on this topic in the future.

May be of help for you my friend but me also. My EGFR also decreased post covid jabs for around 6 months then went back to normal. Taking into account I take creatine for training but I stopped Creatine after first KFT for 4 weeks and still low. Another 4 weeks no creatine and still low 60’s. I live a pretty healthy lifestyle and train most days cross fit type training. On TRT too. But then 6 months after last booster jabs my EGFR came right back up to 115 and again 118. So there’s something there regarding covid jabs but we will never know for sure or for a long time until data has been collected. Best regards, Scott. ✌️🙏✌️

I've been told I qualify for trt treatment, I'm torn between go with it or don't. Is low T more danger to not take testosterone or vice versa.

stoping somthing braking before it brakes as far the nhs is concerned its a waste of money its like putting a new part on a car before it brakes its an exspense on somthign that may have no broke so the nhs in the uk is kinda liek we fix it if it brakes this keeps the costs to the minimum if they treated people before they broke then the cost would skyrocket

I stopped TRT because my heart and cardio vascular system deteriorated from it. Even small amounts created issues. My friend died after starting TRT at age 55 after just 1 year. Heart attack.

So basically, still no further guidance on whether or not to take a statin and whether or not it will reduce risk of heart attack. So lame, and I love Dr. Gupta.
@balancemyhormones2 ай бұрын
It’s an individual choice. Pcsk9 inhibitors don’t have the negative effects of statins if you can’t tolerate statins.
@wread19822 ай бұрын
Don’t take a statin if you want stents and a quadrupole bypass if you survive the blockage in the first place

Doctors and their narrow view on a single method to treat all diseases rather then entertain what might be an alternative for what might work instead, or even better. Anxiety and depression with psychological means rather than realizing the cause might just be hormonal. I went through that and ended up with a shelf full of mood drug none of which actually worked. Too bad I wasn't smart enough the time to know better. I trusted my doctors knew what they were doing. @16:10 Now I don't wait for them to explain anything to me (when do they ever do that?). I immediately take whatever treatment and do my own research. The only issue with that, is it could take years. I didn't even know what low T was until I heard about it on Joe Rogan. A solution that appeared purely due to serendipity.

Bryan Johnson dyes his hair and claims he managed to turn his grey hair back to color. If he can lie about that thing I wonder what topic he couldnt lie about. Of course his whole blueprint thing is just to sell his products since he just dont have enough money.
