1.Why diazepam(long acting)? Why not lorazepam/midazolam(short acting)? 2. Iv thiamine500mg before dextrose

Mathew McCall, different sources say different things. But it's a better practice not to put anything in patients mouth. You are right about this. 😊

Check after 12 weeks.. if it's still high, u should continue taking medication
