The purpose of me requesting they react to songs like these is just to expose them to music they may or may not have heard before, to expand their horizons and to sate my curiosity over whether they will like them or not.
I am responsible for the song choices, what I choose to request so if want to complain about that then that's fair game but if want to complain about Ashtyn or Jon's reaction just remember this is not their channel and by proxy it is very unlikely they will read your comments unless I personally pass the message on next time I speak to them...however I have zero interest in passing on any vindictive, rude or spiteful comments.
They do these for me and I just post many of them here in case other people might also be curious about what they think of these songs too after they send me the videos and I have watched them myself. As mentioned this is not their channel, if you wish to visit their channel it can be found listed below.
Ashtyn & Jon's reaction focused channel:

Led Zep.-Wembley Arena 1973==75 PENCE. Pink Floyd:Earls Court also £1 and best of all both Deep Purple and Creedence Clearwater Revival( the next week ) both 25 PENCE around 1974 at The Royal Albert Hall :)

Francis Rossi met Rick Parfitt in 1965 at butlins holiday park over here in England when he was 16 years old and they were playing in different bands. What a pair of legends they became with the rest of the band over the years. Even though there were a few changes to the other band members throughout their career. Legendary songs and so memorable that will always get people rockin. My dad was a drummer in a band in the 70’s and 80’s and they played a lot of their tracks so I grew up on status quo and loved them ever since. They were in a bad way as a band and not getting on in the early 80’s due to their alcohol and drug addictions but the 1985 live aid concert brought them back together. There is so much you find out when watching the more intimate videos where they tell the life they lived. They done the lot and Francis Rossi even said it was hard not to get drawn in to things when they were living the rockstar lifestyle in the 70’s and 80’s. Real legends of the rock and roll world

This is Knebworth, 1990, with the third drummer and second bassist. The original lineup broke up in 1981. Prior to that Quo was a much heavier sounding band. They've also sold over 100 million albums. Although I'm an American, they're my favorite band of all time.

I saw Genesis at Knebworth , I don't think this was the concert. I think it was Floyd rather than Genesis. I might be wrong but I was at that show too. When I saw Genesis at Knebworth, Lisa Stansfield was the support but maybe Quo were there too. was a long time ago but but the McCartney and plant one was definitely with Floyd headlining. I remember they had to take down their circular screen because of the wind. It rained like a bitch later in the day.

Hard to believe these guys have sold 130m records worldwide without much recognition in North America. There one of the biggest & best Live bands to come out of the UK. Unfortunately poor management & a serious lack of airplay cost them big time in the States during in their mid 70’s prime. They have a massive back catalogue & are well worth checking out, especially their 1970’s albums 👍🎸

They may not be big in the States, but they got to open for iconic American bands in the States during the 70s: Aerosmith, Kiss, Blue Oyster Cult, ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd. In fact, the pose from the KISS Alive album was called the "Status Quo pose" because Gene Simmons saw the band doing that pose whilst Quo opened up for them.

Knebworth was a big festival in a day (Tears for Fears, Pink Floyd, Dire Straits, Genesis...), so Quo weren't the only attraction. But probably one of the best acts of the day. I only just noticed how bad the camera work is because Andy Bown on keys and backing vocals (on the last verse) isn't shown at all, even though he wrote the bulk of the song!

My brother was always a big fan of theirs, he has met them in the seventees they joined fans many times socially as well as at concerts in spite of how huge they were as an act, they loved arranging secret small concerts that only their closest fans were informed of, so like one I knew of happened in the small town of Retford in Nottinghamshire in a pub in the center of the town in the 90s, in spite of its secrecy, word got around and the pub filled and hundreds of fans and public filled the street and square rocking to their music blasting from within, of which the sound was turned up knowing so many more people had turned up outside.

From 1968 - 2019 STATUS QUO have released 33 Studio albums. STATUS QUO WERE MID TO LATE 60'S/ 70'S & EARLY 80'S, THE DRUMMER JOHN COGHLAN AND BASSIST ALAN LANCASTER LEFT after more than 20 years in the early 80's. This LIVE version is fairly light weight and lacks their usual high energy. The song itself is from their 1979 album titled WHATEVER YOU WANT. It is a Concept album which has a theme of criticising the music industry for their snide and nasty swipes against the Band. The LANCASTER penned WHO ASKED YOU? has lyrics are as follows - (Lancaster) There you go again Telling me the same mistakes I made There you go again Telling me the way I should have played Your silver tongue can talk away And tell me all I should have done But you'll always be the same 'Til the very last time has come Seventeen years, and it ain't no worth giving a try you said But I wouldn't be living If any year was never spent So when I see you up in arms I wonder where your time has gone Are you throwing it away 'Til the every last time has come Who asked you To prey on my feelings Lying low in every cloud Who asked you I've never been the one To give you any kind of reason Who asked you Who asked you When I was still learning To come along and put me down Who asked you I made it anyway While every cloud was slowly turning Who asked you Who asked you There you go again Telling me the same mistakes I made There you go again Telling me the way I should have played There never was a better way Than living like the way I've done Oh, and living is the game 'Til the very last time has come But you'll always be the same 'Til the very last time has come You're throwing it away 'Til the very last time has come Who asked you Songwriters: A. The thing about "Staytus Quo" (English english) was, they never did long extended instrumental versions of their songs. What you heard there was virtually what you heard on a 45rpm 7" record or a 12" LP. Unlike groups like Dire Straits, for example, where Mark Knopfler can make a 3 and a half minute song stretch out for what seems like 15 minutes!

Someone else will have to request that, I'm probably going to be unemployed soon so for now the requests I was going to have Ashtyn and Jon do for me in future are put on hold.

They still giants in England. Francis Rossi, the guy with the green guitar is 72.The other guitarist, with the white guitar, Rick Parfitt, passed away a few years ago. But there's a young guy, Rich Malone, playing the rythm guitar now. So it's more or less Francis's backing band now. Even like that, they're huge in UK, and in Europe. RIP Rick.

THE WHO & DEEP PURPLE held that title in the early 70's. I'm a massive STATUS QUO TRAGIC & I've never heard of them being the loudest. STATUS QUO are the BEST & THE GREATEST ROCK BAND IN HISTORY, not the loudest. STATUS QUO have the loudest audiences and the most loyal fans.
