I actually think that guy was astute to just instantly take the offer. If they were willing to go up to that figure, there is no point beating around the bush. The reason is the deal has to be beneficial and attractive for both parties, and he wants Touker to be motivated. Also a lot of deals struck on the den actually end up not going through when it comes to the due diligence process if either side feels it's unworkable or won't be beneficial. So really if they are happy with him taking 40%, and it seems to be obvious that they were and had clearly spoken about it prior to the show, then there is really no point negotiating, it is better to just get the ball rolling.
@originalunoriginal4055
@originalunoriginal4055 3 ай бұрын
So are you saying that, they made a wrong decision? Or that they didn't think through about how taking the investment would impact their business, and what the effects would be in the future? Should they have declined the offer, or negotiated much more better and with much more finese.

Just look it up on KZfaq and you'll see all the stories of unhappy entrepreneurs that regretted giving the dragons and equity in their family run smaller businesses

If your kids have so many toys that you feel the need to buy a ton of baskets then 1. your kids are spoiled rotten 2. You're fools are parents 3. Stop buying so many toys, the plastic is clogging up landfills, and 4.
