We weren’t provided daily housekeeping , since I didn’t stay longer then 3 days, housekeeping for me wasn’t needed. But they did say if we needed anything refilled to call the front desk. There was coffee and I did ask for refills, came right away. The toiletries name is Soapbox. And yes the pools are heated, which we loved! Pools are too cold once the sun goes down, so heated pools are definitely preferred. Glad you liked the video!
