Staying at the Compass Hotel By Margaritaville in Bradenton, Florida | Hotels Near Anna Maria Island

In today's video, we wanted to show you a full tour of our hotel by Anna Maria Island, Florida. This hotel in Bradenton, Florida called the Compass Hotel is a hotel by Margaritaville. It is located on the Anna Maria Sound and it is a great Florida hotel near Anna Maria Beach, Holmes Beach, and Bradenton Beach. We wanted to stay here because they offer a Florida resident rate as well as an educator rate. We chose the educator rate because of all the perks that it has. We got half off bike rentals, and 2 complimentary drinks, and if you are a part of their perks program, you get to choose 2 perks and we chose free ice cream and free drinks! Plus the hotel offers a free breakfast, free parking, and a pool! We ended up getting a standard room that overlooked the parking lot because you could still see water from it. We were impressed with how clean the hotel was. It was very nice! We also like all the perks and the free parking. There were a couple things that could have been improved like they could have had more hooks in the bathroom, they should have had a full door on the shower, breakfast needed to be in a bigger area, and the elevator was extremely slow. However, if those were the worst things then it really wasn't that bad of a stay! We did like it as a cheaper hotel than hotels on Anna Maria Island and it is only about 15 minutes from the beaches. Thank you for the hotel review. I have stayed at the Margarita hotel in Orlando. They gave us a room upgrade and we really thought we were put into the wrong room. It was extravagant. A big suite with living room, dining room, bedroom, huge bathroom. We went back to the front desk to ask if they got our name right. LOL They said we were given a gift - - a upgrade. No extra charge. They treated us very good there. This hotel looks nice. I still couldn't share a room with our parents, or with my own children and their spouses. We all need privacy. But that is nice you all get along so well and can share the hotel bill. The breakfast looked so busy! Glad you were able to eat. Keep those videos coming. I'm planning my vacation around your reviews! Hey, and lunch today was Ms. Kathi's Cotillion restaurant from one of your reviews in Wildwood, FL. We love your videos. I'd have never known about this restaurant if it wasn't for you guys.

You had some great perks for staying there. Looked like a good breakfast. Many times I get up early to beat the morning breakfast rush.

How nice for you. I couldn't afford to stay there. It must be great. I live on 900.00 a month. A trip across the street is expensive for me. Have a wonderful time.

We budget and plan ahead so we have some money saved to be able to do stuff. We also both have full time jobs and no kids and family helps us out. We are blessed to be able to experience things in life. Sorry about your situation but stay positive and hopefully you will be able to get to go some places sometime!
