Excellent. However, I would add one thing which is little talked about regarding heat exhaustion. I've encountered heat exhaustion twice in my lifetime. I umpire girls fastpitch softball and on hot days it's important to make sure your body has enough minerals to absorb the water you drink. If one does not eat for hours before engaging in physical activity the water one drinks just sits in the stomach and is not absorbed to aid in cooling. Just thought I would add this wise advice.

HOW TO COOL DOWN: ice hat Needed: Straw hat with adjustable chin strap, tray of ice and bandana. Tie bandana at the back of your neck. Crack tray of ice into the hat. Lean over to put the hat on your head. Stand up and tighten chin strap. Chilling the blood in the capillaries of your scalp, appears to cool down your body as the blood circulates. This hat enabled me to work in heat for hours. Prior to this, I actually passed out in the heat.

I dress covering myself from head to toe to shade my body from the sun and to pull the excess sweat from body keeping clothes damp which keeps me cool working outside.
