This might be a lot of me to ask, but knowing that you've already gauged for us the virtues of purified water vs those of spring water, do you think that you could do a review on sparkling water according to different brands? I love sparkling water but there are so many brands (Perrier, Badoit, San Pellegtino, ughhh...) out there and I never know what to buy. But hey, no biggie if you can't! Keep up the fine work!

I wonder - and this goes for many of your reviews - would you be able to deduce the flavours of a burger in a blind test? By blind, I mean, without packaging and without knowing the marketed name of the product. Myself, I find I am greatly influenced by the name of a product, and find it has a great effect on what I actually taste. I don't think my taste buds are as honed as yours, but am very curious nonetheless. p.s., I could go for a Steak 'n Shake right about now.
