I had the Tostada, it was decent. Almost like a lighter Mexican Pizza. I enjoyed it quite much.

The description of the Cheez-It having absorbed moisture and turned into a thick paste around the ten minute mark is not at all surprising. This is a "WTF were they thinking in marketing this POS" situation. I also question whether there is a "good amount of beef". For the price it is likely a lot of the "beef" is actually TVP (textured vegetable protein). I eat a lot of plant based food (such as MorningStar breakfast patties) and have nothing against it but despise companies which are not honest about what they are selling.

A lot of fast food chains recently have been going through the tightening up of their ships, by reducing menus to their core components and doing what they do well. Pizza Hut is unfortunately one of those chains that hasn’t done that too good, and still seems like they’re stuck in the mid 2000s where they think they need to innovate on items to pull in customers. They don’t. They need to increase quality assurance throughout their numerous locations to restore trust. I haven’t eaten there in almost a decade, and it’s not hard to see why when they pull stunts like this.

Listen, homie, idk if you gave them a fair shake on this one. Crunchwraps are VERY time dependent. If you order one, you’ve got maybe 2-3mins to tuck into it before it gets soggy. But before that, it’s PEAK T-bell. The best of all their items. But you can’t start w the burrito, you gotta do the CW right away. You maybe should have done this review in the car right after grabbing it lol.

The crunchwrap is one of the worst things at Taco Bell. I have no idea how it's still on the menu.

I tried both "big cheezit" items today. Both were disappointing. The tostada one had a mushy cheezit and the "crunch"wrap was awful. No crunch and the lettuce was like liquid.
