Just about to launch a second channel and this was REALLY helpful. I love the content pillars concept. It made it very clear. I know my who but was worried my content would be too varied but my WHO I think is strong enough to enjoy a few different pillars.

this is great info, I appreciate it! I'm struggling a bit since none of my content is for a product. I volunteer for 2 agencies and do both of their Socials. One is for a small animal shelter, so I'm looking for potential adopters. The other is my local fire department, and we're trying to get more volunteers. The animals are a little easier, and we've seen a huge uptick in engagement and adoptions. But convincing people to volunteer and give up so much of their personal time is a harder sell.

Great video, i got so much value in this 20 minutes. I knew about my pillars and my who but the way you made it so clear to reverse engineered the whole process leading to a launch was very helpful. And your growing your email list with us wanting those templates, your the queen! You mentionned a Trello planner, i did not find it and for the Google Sheet, access was denied. Love you! Merci!

I need someone to strategically get ALL my family from the islands....and bring them here to Merica...to help me pick up..drop...feed....clean...my children.....then I need 3 people to go to my 3 jobs and enjoy that for 12 hours a day..and pay all my bills......while I do "all the things" I really want to do so I can grow my brand.
