Some context: In this episode the activists stopped a man driving on the sidewalk in BMW, who refused to drive back, swore at the activists and actually stole their bags, while they were busy dealing with another violator (angry woman in SUV).
The bags were lately retrieved thanks to the help of the Russian police, but not before the angry guy had a freakout on the road, during which he kept telling he didn't know anything about the stolen bags.
Police reports were filed against the angry guy and some other drivers who were caught driving on the sidewalk that day. All of them also received the "SADB" stickers on their windshields.
