Why won't you play War Thunder?
▪️ I raged at getting sniped by tanks that I could never see. Also nonsense like turning bushes off that helps you perform better. That seems like a terrible design to me. War Thunder also had drama several years ago about the CEO calling the fanbase to help strike down channels or using copyright strikes to eliminate channels entirely. That is such abuse of power and dictatorial nonsense that I refuse to play a game created by such a company.

It would be interesting to have a fleet designed around an "Ideal combat distance" or "superiority distance" where the ships are all designed to operate at a certain distance, where guns have the most overlapping range as possible. For instance DDs and CLs would get long range guns while BBs would be brawling focused.

Bruh first of all why thunders more realistic but I don’t think they have that yet second of all well the worship is not at all realistic It is in the fact you can lose modules, aircraft can be shot down (it is very hard to do that by the way), You lose AA mounts with fires and base ship speeds are fairly accurate. Other than that everything else is changed(in terms of ships)

One more thing the only ships that are good or overpowered or OP or ones that are semi-realistic if not fully realistic in world of warships And even the ones that are up to realistic standards are usually nerfed at a later date.

Stealth, I normally find that alt tabbing when the game doesn’t allow me to type in the armour area fixes the laggy game for a bit, love the vids, keep up the great work

Some things are off, homing torpedoes, almost invincible ships, insane accuracy for 1910, killer/weak torpedoes, ridiculous turning circles, bow thrusters, speed nonsense, too much speed accuracy loss for 1910, Some things need slight balancing

a interesting idea i tried a few times is a battleship or heavy cruiser thats has a ton of small 2-3 inch secondary guns that have incediary shells and picric acid and sinks ships by simply causing as many fires as possible

Reminds me of my 1900s campaign where I built heavy cruiser brawlers that could take on battleships. And, if you sent three against a battleship, sink it with minimum damage taken

1.06 defo needs to update to stable, my god does the campaign crash at every opportunity since I changed to it Also that torpedo suddenly realised it rolled a miss and visually was on for a hit, so that happened

Look at the trio of incoming shells at 18:10... they have quite unusual flight characteristics to say the least :D Maybe they have to overcome some kind of force field?

as soon as you placed down the dual 16" turrets, I went "Hello, Bismarck!" 🤣 let's be honest, whenever you play as Germany in UA:D, and you have 1940s tech, you always feel like you HAVE to build the Bismarck! it'd probably be the same with me if I had the game!

With all the new 1.06 additions, theres a lot more depth to ballistics & their performance vs armor now. Which makes me think, itd be cool to have a video mix and matching dif complements to create/find new gun setups. For example “x gun caliber + x barrel length firing x type of shells of x size, with x propellent and x bursting charge, is crazy good for xyz”.

you should see some of my absolutely insane Japanese Dreadnought-style Battleships... My biggest one yet is 78919 ton. 5x3 352.9mm centerline main turrets, 22x1 225.9mm casemates, 15x3 225.9mm turrets, 2x3 200.9mm turrets, 4x1 174.9mm open guns, 4x3 98.9mm turrets, 20x3 73.9mm turrets. Pitch 29.6, Roll 18.6, 24knts and 372.5mm main belt

if you get in close with a ship like when you are murdering a convoy, having short barrels on the secondarys would improve firing speed etc. I don't think you want short mains unless it is an escorted convoy/small ship murderer

I think it would be even more uneven - but probably slower - to just have longer guns and chew the AI up at a distance.

The problem with this game and its focus on dreadnoughts is that the real threat to dreadnoughts and their ability to rule the waves did not come from improved ship guns or torpedoes but the use of aircraft launched from carriers. Unfortunately, I do not think that aircraft carriers will ever be implemented into this game because of their over the horizon striking capability and ability to design ships. How would you design an aircraft carrier and how would you design ships to counter aircraft? Furthermore, aircraft related technology would have to be added to the tech tree to allow for the construction of carriers.

hey, so I recently downloaded ultimate dreadnoughts and switched from the 1.05 to the 1.06, whcih you are running on and it seems to have a massive memory leak or something. It works fine for 10 minutes and then basically crashes, but it seems to work fine for you. Any tips.

since your doing other video how about you build a superbattleship 1940 if its the highest it can go but the only rule that i give is that your not allowed to move stuff beyond the yellow marked with the plus in your only allowed to put it where they are marked on the ship. it would also be a interesting challenge against your buddy to see who can handle it better and since your buddy doesnt show the build he needs to show the build to so there will be no cheating

Something is off with armor in this patch, Semi-Immortal cruisers are bad enough, battleships with 20 inch guns? (Citadel armor and such helps slightly, Brothermunro had the same issue) 28-38 inches of belt, 18-28 inches of deck, citadel is ~10 Multitudes of 18 inch guns (side too) Tons of other secondaries, At 30-36 knots Other stuff at mostly maximum Won against a monstrosity with 5x2 20 inch guns in a... Turret 1 on barbette, 2 on deck (blocked by 1) 3 also on barbette (blocked by 1) The back was normal Also, cruisers can do similar to a lesser extent

I love this game but the bugs are killer. lately I'm seeing most of my shells not hitreg. they fly through the belt, zero damage. the enemy doesn't have this issue.

Not a fan of the accuracy, personally. At that point you probably have a higher DPS with longer barrels, even if you fire slower.

The game is crap. It forgets torpedo nets and plus t,he game you haft to kiss the software ass because it can not run on secure computers because it bitches about haveing the internet. Screw the internet. That's what tablets and phones are for. Not for gaming. Online gaming is poor coding.
