Ooooooh man, I tried it, it just came out beautifully soft, delicious. We had it also with a oxtail pot I prepared, I tell you, my beautiful wife Nomthandaza enjoyed it so much, she said that shes gonna give me woza woza not to go ANYWHERE 😂😂😂 but just to stick with her. Bring it on wifey, I'll be taking all that woza woza not to go ANYWHERE 😂😂😂. I'm coloured male and I love your cooking methods. Only one problem, thanks to you my Nomthy, that's what I call her, only wants me to do the cooking, 😥😥🤣🤣. But I enjoy it. Thanks girl ❤❤

Thanks for this video, I am going to try it. I was always spoilt by just eating a dumbling at home until my wife passed on in 2020 and I realised I should have looked and do so I could prepare a dumbling myself, but Thabile I never knew that she would leave me at that time. Will definately give you feedback after cooking one.

Dumplings and steam bread it's not da same but it's from da same dhor. Steam bread (jeqe) u steam it. Dumplings u cook it in yo stew or yo curry👍

The one you made is a dough because its thick and elastic..I think a batter is the one we use for cakes,pancakes and coating on fried foods..

just came across your channel look for dumplings and wala....i'm making yours. Its dough.- cos dough is thick and no eggs whereas batter has eggs. Fingers crossed my dumplings come out great for my beef stew - its a cold winters day. Thanks Thabi xoxo
