Today i prepared for you steamed carrot dumplings
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 grated carrot
1/2 cup warm water

This is a better method. First time I put 1 cup of water in and it was so sticky. I had to add more and more flour. It was so sticky that the glass lid stuck to fingers and then fell onto the floor smashing in pieces. I was furious at the maker of the other video. Tks. Byeiiii
