Omg! i perform every processes provided in the philips user manual but unfortunately the iron was not producing steam and spray.... then i starts searching video on KZfaq and fortunately i got your video....my iron air hole was blocked which is on water cap.... after cleaning the hole my iron started producing steam and spray 😊😊😊 THANKS FOR THE TIPS 😊

Great video. The steam function started working finally. THANKS. I moved the steam know to the calc position and removed it. Filled the water to max and switched the iron to max heat. A lot of black water/calc came out of the sole plate holes and the steam function started working. . The spray function is still not working. Any suggestions on that? I have done the cleaning process 3 times. Cleaned the Air Hole with a pin and also put the know in vinegar solution but no spray.

WOW!!! I was skeptical of all the raving reviews, but this actually worked! I had no idea there was a hole in my iron's water fill cap. I poked all the way through, and now I have steam again! Now my steam burst button isn't working, and that's probably broken from being dropped, but other than that, steam is coming out...THANK YOU!
