I agree. Crosby whistles are usually good sounding whistles, but this one is especially good. It’s no wonder why, with the good bass tones and deep voice. The Southern always had a thing for good sounding whistles; even their hooters had a good sound to them.

Usually if it’s speaking it a lot it means something is broken

Well it was tuned to be a screecher on purpose. But by the end of the day it was tuned differently; probably due to complains

The whistle had a crack in it, and it was retuned in July of last year. That's why, at the beginning of the video, the whistle sounds the way it does.
