That looks interesting Rick, and thank you for sharing! :) I do have one question however: - How much of that delicate mussel flavor is left over, after adding such tastewise powerful stuff as cilantro, chilis and chorizo? It is a genuine question, because those added flavors do interest me, however i also appreciate that pure taste of mussel too, and dont want to "drown" it out too much. So can the mussels hold their own in this mix? Once more thank you for uploading in the first place! :) Claus
