DIO is far better as a playable character as he is literally a Jotaro with more options and even stops time in his combos compared to Jotaro that has it exclusively for his supers.

I think it'd be cool to see more Theme Teams rather than just primarily one character, but that's personal preference. As for who I'd LIKE to see more of, can't really go wrong with more Toguro, Yusuke, Dio, heck I'd even like to see you take on Mister Line Of Sight Issue himself Blackbeard.

You know, the classic Jump anime’s are really never that weak. My personal team to that I usually use consists of Ryo Saeba, Jotaro, and Kenshiro. That team is hardcore. For real. Even if not as many people know Ryo.
