looks great! i've got one just like it, #74. And i've got another one coming with Chicago details. I noticed you got the "off-center" pockets, nice touch. i got the same, you can't go wrong with S&J! Enjoy your jacket!

I would have liked to see how fitted it looked zipped up. Snug in chest or at the bottom snap? All of the Indy adventures style jackets seem to have a more fitted look even when in the regular cut. Opinion?

@@robertlindelof Really? I think mine I found at a thrift store is horse also but it's so stiff. I've rubbed vinegar and rust on it and neatsfoot oil. It only softens up for about three months. Then becomes sheet metal again. Yours looks relaxed and falls nice. Thumbs up !

How is the length when wearing regular jeans just going around town? I know with the super screen accurate jackets they tend to be too short when wearing modern pants with the lower waists. People always talk about the Raiders jacket being short, but I think the LC jacket is shorter than most people realize -- it's just a boxier cut and heavier leather.

You're right about the LC being shorter than the other three jackets. I'm thinking with the lower cut jeans, it might look even shorter. But in my case, I really don't mind it. I absolutely love this jacket no matter what pants I wear lol Hope this helps!

@@robertlindelof Thanks. That is a sweet jacket, especially that light horse hide they use. I've been wearing Wested Raiders for years and they're great, but got their LC on a whim for a change. It's alright but fits funny in the shoulders. Same exact dimensions I've gotten in Raiders jackets for years thinking they'd fit about the same -- slightly longer than screen accurate for every day wear -- but it was a totally different fit in the shoulders and makes it sit too high. Been looking at S&J and Bill Kelso just released their LC jacket they've spent years designing.

Hi Robert, Just found your video, nice looking jacket! I have one from Wested in England. The Raiders of the lost arc in goat skin. It's very beautiful and very soft. Now I noticed that with the S&J the back flaps are bulging out pretty much. Just like mine from Wested I just bought. I find it pretty annoying looking. Just like I would have a parachute on my back. What are your thoughts on that? Thanks . Frank S.

I would suggest the Penman hats company. Penmanhats.com They have the BEST Indy hats. Order the last crusade style. They also do the styles of the other 3 movies, as they are all unique.

Go on Facebook to this page:: "Steele & Jones" Send them a message and ask them for this jacket style. The style is called "The Smithsonian Last Crusade Jacket" style. It's the closest you can get to being screen accurate to the movie

I haven't owned a Wested but I have heard from people on Indiana Jones pages on Facebook that S&J is better... I can tell you right now though, that NO ONE ELSE has screen accuracy like Steele&Jones distressed look. Down to every scuff mark. I researched for about 3 months before I made my purchase, just to make sure I got the best, and I definitely got the best Indy jacket from Steele&Jones

Yes, but ever since Peter Botright died, (Founder of Wested and original maker of Harrison Fords Indy jacket) alot of people here and there say the quality isn't as good as it used to be
