This band.... When I went to college I moved into an apartment complex and the 2nd day I was there, Steeley Dan was blasting out of the other 3 apartments. We nick named it The Dan Apartments. ❤❤

Spend your money searching for an RL (Robert Ludwig mastered) early pressing, as indicated in the deadwax near the label. The “warmth” of these early pressings sound different than the mass produced copies that came later. The “warmth” (sorry, I have no other way to describe it…) counteracts the “digitized feel” of the recordings, if that makes any sense to you. Happy hunting.

Back in the 80s when buying new speakers this was one of the songs one the tape we used. So they're basically saying they're to old to party like they did in the old days. Fine musicians,they hired so many people!
