This video makes very happy, I really need to have a R.Shox Pyslo steerer replaced with a longer or uncut tube! But I 1st need to the have Ti Frame rewelded!

Probably not. A press is the only safe way as far as i know. It takes several tons of pressure to push a steerer tube out and back in.
