10:44 He is stating facts so pay attention. The beginning stages of learning anything are crucial. I was into early childhood education and the batches of kids who passed through my hands, even those who were considered bad students, went on to become so excellent that bad teachers who taught them later in their education couldn't degrade their excellence. I still get asked which witchcraft I used on the kids.

My JavaScript knowledge increased when I learnt python and some computer science courses that were not even related to writing code ...... I finally understood good coding or programming is the end product of a greatly executed idea Focus more on the idea, what you want to build, how you want to build it, what are good practices for the application, write your own sudo code and damn even AI can create the application with your pseudo code in any language of your choice The universal programming language is the programmers thought

Personally, dealing with UX and UI is just nightmarish. And SEO is even more horrifying, LOL! Everyone is different. I enjoy backend.

Same I love backend in the Web dev stack and hate frontend. But desktop applications that don't use Web development languages UI is so much easier to deal with. Web development has just gotten too messy and complex over the years.

in the backend i use good old cgi(common gateway interface) with bash scripting. that is really fun. bash is the most native backend language, because its the native language of linux shell. most backends run on linux. for security, i check everything with regular expressions. and i make security settings for my apache web server.

Right there with you. I'm loving Laracasts, and the whole community. It's such a breath of fresh air; and I can feel the anxiety leaving my body. Front end interactivity (what JS is actually useful for), I'm looking forward to learning Livewire and / or Vue and / or Alpine and / or HTMX.

10:03, 10:30, 10:45, 11:25 some great bug shots Interesting the way they fly, apparently not with the abdomen stretched out “aerodynamically” but sort of folded over in the middle, suspended from the axis of the wings. Not friendly looking.

Js became a mess over last decade, too fancy shmancy, a new framework every day, adding layers of complexity and THE nightmare - maintenance of node modules. It used to be fun, but not anymore.

I notice bad teaching when complex things are explained by using the word, "simple." Also, when there's a tendency to over explain things that actually are simple. Lol.

Hi Uncle Stef, I am from India(Mumbai), 12 passed(in commerce), but I am very much confident to be able to learn Web Development. I want to become a good frontend developer, maybe frontend engineer. How much time I have to give on daily basis and how much months will it take to pursue a "entry level front end job" and then becoming "front end engineer"? 🚨🚨But my 2 main question and fear is, 1. Is it possible to be able to get any job without degree or get freelancing opportunities just by self learning from KZfaq?? If yes, then plzz do give some names of Channel from where I can learn for free. 2. Is frontend developer job in danger from now? Is it just waste of time to dream about pursuing career in front end? After next 10-20 years from now, front end developement will be there or I am just going to waste my time?? Last Request: Please make a specific video for not just Web Developer but any software engineer professions or emerging technologies, like what what things and how much atleast should they learn in order to increase thier efficiency and not let their respective jobs and salaries to be replaced by AI.

@@Dgmstudios40 yes thats right. frameworks suck. at work i need to use angular framework and it is horrible, just because boss wants it so. the easiest things with pure html css javascript are made most complex complicated with this framework from hell angular and typescript. i made the prototype for the new project with pure vanilla javascript and it was fun and it had all functionality needed and it was done with just about 5-10 textfiles with each about 100-200lines of code in each file. all this in angular gets full blown up and exploded and needs endless amount of 3rd party libs and this horrible typescript needs to compile...into native vanilla javascript...angular is for idiots. i think angular is made by microsoft. typescript is made by microsoft. microsoft is from hell. edit: and angular hates html, they use their own markup tags, which also need to be compiled into html...same with css, they dont use normal css, no, that might be too simple...they use scss, which also needs to get compiled into normal css...absoluter wahnsinn...
