I just played around with it for a little... WOW. I'd tried a few tools in the past (SpleeterGUI and RipX) but this blows them away. It's not perfect and it will not do miracles (if the vocal is heavily processed or there are a ton of layers, it will not sound nice), but I'm really impressed. The ability to pre-process the stems is pure genius. Well done Serato... Eagerly waiting for the official release now!

Of course it would be Serato who'd try and perfect the technology, in-house! It's the leader in pitch play technology, so I suppose it makes more sense to craft and tweak it in house. Really impressive and I can't wait to play around wiht it. Also, hope they get that the end result out as a standalone tool or producers. Thanks for the demo!

I've been in love with this feature in DJay Pro AI, especially when you use the EQ knobs to manipulate the stems. Looking forward to trying it out to compare the quality!

same same same and djay Pro AI’s effects are unmatched. It’ll be interesting to see if serato ups its effects game as well. But djay Pro AI doesn’t have multi point beat mapping, which is a major flaw. seratodefinitely does that so we’ll have to see what’s up.

It would be soo nice to controll the levels by the EQs (for example highs= vocal, mid= melody, low= Bass and drums) and use the pads as hot cues!

you can still use the hot cues, or even rolls, slicer etc. Stems CAN replace Rolls/loops or the sampler section

I think the stems are playful and all that but I Dont think they Will replace the eqs but still very nice that we can now layer any Part of the song we want. And Isolated but eqs are not always isolating thats also some of the advantage they have.

Ive literally been wondering for months if Serato was working on a stems feature! I am so so excited I dont have to change DJ software to be able to have live stems. Serato truly is the GOAT. Fashionably late but somehow RIGHT ON TIME! ahhh I am going nuts over here I am so pumped!!! That addition of stem pad fx is just like ARE YOU KIDDING ME? being able echo out vocals alone? Bruh... this is sooo great. Now I wish I had a serato controller :-( really nice feature to be added to a software. DJ Software Rekordbox and Serato are both beautiful Softwares and offer soo much more than people realize when just getting into to Mixing. but this is probably my favorite feature I seen for a DJ Software.
