INGREDIENTS
for a dozen alfajores
1 egg + 1 yolk
1 and 1/2 tsp sodium or ammonium bicarbonate
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
40g honey
100 gr powdered sugar | glass
100 gr butter | soft butter
350 gr flour 0000 | all use
200 gr sweet quince
200 gr sweet pastry milk
200 gr powdered sugar
Lemon juice as needed or half lemon juice and half water
Preheated oven at 180 ºC for 4 to 6 minutes.
