Step by Step Installation Process:
1) First, we begin with the line marking. Planning and Line marking needs to be done with the help of a Line Dori, measuring tape and a lazor. You can also refer the drawing and specifications given in the paper.
2) Mark all the dimensions as demonstrated.
3) Next, we need to fix the Floor and ceiling channel.
4) We will start with installation of the metal framework. First the Floor channel, finish the flow as per layout using Fasteners, M8 at 600mm center to center.
5) Put 2 Fasteners at the starting point and at the end of the Floor channel. For 50mm channel, It is at the center and 72mm and above in zigzag pattern.
6) Ensure minimum 150mm overlapping of Floor channel on end Stud of the door opening.
7) Translate the Floor channel lines to the Soffit using laser or plum.
8) Fix the ceiling channel on the same line using fasteners, M8 at 600mm center to center.
9) Now let's fix the Stud. Measure the actual height of drywall. Match all the slots of the Stud. Ensure all slots should be in one line for passing services.
10) Cut the Stud 10mm shorter than the actual height of drywall to avoid deflection and vibration due to structure. Wear hand gloves while handling the metal section. For better cutting, use a right angle and a hammer.
11) Do boxing of the Stud wherever required. Fix N Stud to the wall with the help of M8 Fasteners. Spacing should be at 600mm center to center.
12) Mark start distance on the floor and the ceiling as per specification.
13) Now the Stud should be inserted vertically on the floor and ceiling channel at 610mm center to center and slots are in one line.
14) Check the vertical level of the Stud with the help of a Spirit level.
15) Connect stud to Floor channel by using Crimping tool and a Right angle.
