I think I've only used Dior's addict lip glow and Unleashia's red pepper lip balm but there are a bunch of others that I haven't used. I think lip glosses might also work well for you, since they are usually tinted. But to be honest, all these products aren't hydrating enough for me (I have a very dry skin). So I prefer to use lipstick/lip tint and layer a clear lip balm (or vaseline) on top.
