Step by step KozYard Gazebo build

Setting up the front yard with this Kozyard 10’x12’ Hardtop Gazebo With Double Roof with mosquito net.
My wife wanted to make the front yard more user friendly. It took us a while to find exactly what we wanted in that area but we're happy with the results. This is the entire build start to finish. Below is the link for the PDF instruction in case you need them.
I realize this video is long, I'll probably split the next video in to a couple parts.

We are in the process of putting together the 10X12 gazebo. Thank you for this video! All we have left are the lower panels, and you saved us from making the same screwdown mistake! For anyone else doing this, I'd HIGHLY recommend a 1/8" drift punch for alignment issues for screws and a small rat-tail file to help with minor screw hole alignments. ❤❤❤❤

Just finished putting this gazebo together and NOW I get recommended this video by KZfaq. Figures... This video would have been extremely helpful since it shows a lot of the close up details and things to watch out for that the other video I watched did not show.

THANK YOU for posting this. Will be assembling soon. There is a video from Kozyard out there but I have had a hard time finding. --------Fast forward. Started project. This video still super helpful. Instructions in the box aren't the best but not awful. Basic frame took about two hours to get unboxed and assembled. Now ready to put end caps and silicone on. Then on to the top frame. . Keeping everything loose until it's all together. Using the drill with proper bit and careful to set the drag/torque light as to not over do things. I like the black paint idea but wonder how it would hold up long term. The two tone still looks great. (hmm...a nice coat of Flex Steel Black? Might help guard against hail storm and keep water tight here in the midwest lol). I plan on using a sticky back led strip on the underside to light up at night. So far, Im very happy with the quality of the product. It should last a long time.

Man, I appreciate this video, the gazebo that I bought is a little bigger (12x20) but the same concept, this helps out a bunch, ready to put mine up this weekend.

Ok - nice video - but I can't seem to keep the K plastic to stay on, the double-faced tape didn't work - I tried super glue but it would bond - what did you do differently and are they really needed -

I'm not sure what the K plastic is. Do you know what step of the instructions that is. If you know what step it is, I can check the instructions and see if I can help.

@@workingbear1084 So sorry - Its the Z Z1 Z3 parts that (Step 12) get attached to the roof panels - I just can't get them to stay on - Are they needed? Thanks

Start the video at the 23:19 mark and I think that might be what you're having an issue with. I took me a few tries to figure out that those plastic pieces clip on. and they are necessary because they keep the panels in place once installed. let me know if that helps.
