I have had ME for 4 years and lived with it. After discovering that there are several potential treatments to help but getting nowhere with NHS Doctors in the UK I decided to test some of these treatments on myself. I looked into D-Ribose, Magnesium, and LDN and decided D-Ribose was the one I wanted to try. This video is my conclusion which contains my personal opinion of D - Ribose (and also Magnesium). I treated myself as the guinea pig during this trial so my results are wholly based on my usage and no medical health professional assisted me.
I would love to know how other people get on with D Ribose and also if anyone found my videos on this subject helpful (or not!) so please do feel free to comment.
Thank you for bearing with me while I completed the trial!

Hi Stephanie! Thanks for your review of D-Ribose, mine came in the mail yesterday and I started taking it immediately, this is my first morning. My understanding is this will only be of real help to those of us with mitochondrial dysfunction, and as soon as the mitochondria begin making enough ATP again, this supplement basically stops working, as the body normally makes all it needs. To me, seeing just your posture, your vibrant demeanor alone tells me it worked exactly as it should. My ME/CFS is just devastating to me, Im really hoping for just some relief from this endless nerve pain and exhaustion, your video gives me hope, so thank you

I really hope it does help you. From what I’ve heard it’s helped more people than not. It definitely helped me. Good luck!

you must’ve taken magnesium oxide or magnesium citrate.. These forms tend to have a laxative effect. You should try magnesium malate, it shouldn’t give you any digestive problems.

Thanks for the update Stephanie! I had similar experience, not really sure if it helped or not, but it’s definately worth trying.

Er… I live in a flat so can only assume it’s a neighbour. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
Starting again. Again
