And what a clown he is: Unemployment is down, illegal immigration is down, the Dow is up, the nation's growth rate rose for the first time in 12 years (I wonder if you even know what that means), ISIS has been pummeled in the Middle East, and Americans feel more financially secure than any time in modern history. And we have a president who doesn't apologize to other nations. What the hell more do you want? He's done more in one year than Obama did in 8. And look at the mess he left...the greatest debt in American history, DACA which he knew would implode in 2018, ACA, which he knew would implode in 2018. I think you are more of a clown! Washington Watchdog Trump inherited low unemployment numbers from Obama. Since 2011, the unemployment rate has steadily declined from a high of 9.6 percent following the Great Recession. It was 4.8 percent in January 2017, when Trump took the oath of office, and it was 4.1 percent in the December 2017employment report.

Nah, I have a feeling that they crunched the numbers and because Stephen gets massive numbers for his Trump-based monologue clips, they're going to reap that popularity for the entire monologue as well as push up the video to 10+ minutes (which, if their agreement with KZfaq is anything like it is for other uploaders, they get more money for it)

The fact that Nunberg said he was going to tear up the subpoena (and the smearing of Mueller's reputation by Trump and some prominent Republicans) makes me think perhaps the entire Mueller investigation will end with Trump imprisoning Mueller (he will find a way), ending in some sort of Constitutional crisis. Which is why I have been advocating use of force by an angry mob or angry individual Congressman to end this ridiculous embarrassment of an administration. Trump and his flunkies are so over-the-top morally compromised, I truly believe they are going to take things pretty far before they are willing to cooperate with the legal system. Why wait until things are incredibly dire instead of just dire? Trump could be arrested and imprisoned today if someone (Flake?) would simply take action. Or have the nut 5150d to the nearest locked mental ward. Let's get the dirty rotten scoundrels out of Washington DC. Believe it or not, there actually exist decent people that can take over.

That interview was pretty nuts. Loved how Nunberg said he wasn't making the decision because he found an incriminating email, and couldn't have, because he hadn't even bothered to look at his emails... and then three minutes later said he made the decision while going through his old emails. Not sure what his angle was, but it sure as hell wasn't very convincing. Can only assume going to prison for contempt seemed the better option to him.

Donny boy had little choice - he knew that the Times already had them. Where he was REALLY stupid was when he tried to clear himself by saying that he cut the meeting short because they weren't getting the dirt they wanted! He proved with that statement that the whole purpose of the meeting was to solicit a donation of "a thing of value" from a foreign principle, which by itself violates the Constitution. So, if the emails were not clear enough, he went on national TV and basically confessed!

I don't agree. I don't believe that the courts or Congress will hold that accepting information from foreigners is a crime. After all, in many cases having information about the actions of candidates overseas is in the public interest. There may be no US person with that information. I believe that in order to convict anyone, the special counsel will have to prove that the Trump Campaign knew that the Russians were committing crimes, and conspired with them about those crimes.

Don Jr. "liked" the offer and took the meeting. This. Is. Collusion. Regardless of the outcome - it's collusion. The investigation has had the smoking gun all along, now they're building an unbreakable fortress of a case.
