I loved this (I think). I’m always so relaxed just after the relaxation sequence I’m already drifting and in the morning I can only remember snatches of the story. In one way it’s great because I hear different bits each time I replay a story. All I know is I look forward each and every night to hearing your soothing voice Stephen. Thank you. I love these fantasy stories. They are my favourite. In this one you say “imagine a little village” and a town in south of France sprang immediately to mind and just suits this story so well. It’s called Salers - if anyone looks it up and sees photos of the town you’ll see what I mean! Thanks again.

Hi Stephen, my 4 year old daughter, Ava and I watch your channel when we are winding down from having our mama/daughter slumber party nights in my room. She came up with an idea for a sleep story that I'd like to share. She said that she would love to hear a story about a mother and daughter who "vow" to meet in their dreams. I tell her when she's scared to go to bed that I will meet her in her dreams so i think this is where she came up with the idea, but it helps her to fall asleep. Maybe it will help your viewers too if they imagine meeting a loved one in their dreams.

@@Stephen_Dalton 🥺😊 Thank you so much! I just told her and she is so excited! She said something that surprised me and made my laugh, she said, "Stephen is going to write my story for ME?!" I said yes, and she said "I'm so impressed!" Haha, I'm not sure if she knows what impressed means but I think she's thrilled. Thank you so much! Also, we have a tradition when we watch your videos. She has to say your name into the remote control to find your videos. For some reason when I say your name it doesn't come up, but when her sweet little voice says "Stephen Dalton" your videos pop up right away. Next when your videos begin you say, " Hello my friends," We say "Hey, Stephen!" We also say "no, it's OUR privilege, Stephen!" We also quite literally give you thumbs up and ding the bell- even when I'm in the kitchen grabbing our snack she yells, "Mom he's ringing the bell, HURRY 😄" . Anyhow, thanks for being a part of a wonderful tradition that I know won't last forever. I cherish these moments with my daughter. I love these magic and Sleepy Hotel stories but Return to the Antique Store and Stepping into an Old Photograph of Dublin are my two current most listened to! Time Travel and Space would be fun to hear more of..as well as landing on a deserted island with beautiful beach to explore. And more stories of sailing and exploration on old ships. Perhaps stepping back in time to Victorian and Georgian eras and meeting Austen/Dicken like characters!
