This is my favorite Beauty and the Beast story. I'm so glad you did the older version I like. I was really disappointed with the newer ones that have the towns people coming after him. This was just a beautiful story of how someone can seem like a Beast but be so good to you that you can't help but fall in love. That's exactly what happened with me and my husband. When we were younger he came off so gruff and rude so I would never have given him a chance but as we got more life experience, he pursued me with such kindness and patience that I did fall for him. Thank you so very much for this version and the rain that accompanied it.❤

I have never heard this story, i knew of the Disney version but never watched it. I listened to this, fell asleep, awoke and finished it. Thank you. I loved it and the way you read it. You are an amazing storyteller.

This is very nice!🙂 many bedtime stories have irritating sounds during the story that wake me or the soundscape has a a bird crying out, suddenly or some such thing. Why is KZfaq requiring bedtime stories to end with long playing music, that may not be suitable for remaining asleep? If the music suddenly rises, striking a high C, especially, I wake up. Lower notes seem safe and no sudden changes in volume. I did sleep so well, thanks!
