today we are cleaning an awning that is located at the rear of a condo. this customer was tired of the unsightly mold/mildew and lichen growns on the awning and decided to reach out to me to clean it up.
I go through the steps of cleaning the awning which are wet down thoroughly 1st, apply mix, 2nd and rinse thoroughly last. if there is more organic growths present repeat the process with the same mix or bump up the mix.
make sure everything is rinse super well to avoid any streaking or thread damage from the sodium hypochlorite.
I use a wide fan rinse which allows me to rinse with low pressure therefore eliminating the chance of pressure ripping the awning.
