This has been one of the more aggressive performances that the leafs have done and its paid off. Will they keep it going though, the million dollar question

Leafs need to win at home Friday hopefully get 4 or 5 goals that game which should solidify the win as well as a Statement. It will also give them confidence in game 6 in Florida.. If we can snag that game for the home ice seventh and final game in Toronto we have defied the odds winning four straight but take it game by game.. And man if this all happens it shows our next contender how much resilience Toronto really has being down 3-0 and coming back four in a row.. I also believe Joseph Woll is an absolute amazing goalie with consistency unmeasurable even better vs Sammy with his goalie stats..

The last postseason that had no sweeps was the 2015-16 year. Every year since has had at least 1 sweep, including the Best of 5 Qualifying Rounds in 2020.

I was pretty damned surprised the Leafs won game four, they finally matched the Panther’s dogged checking with the same checking of their own. I would like to see Keefe load up the top two lines like so; L-1 Mathews, Nylander, Bunting, (Nylander has looked unshackled, put him with Mat and Bunts and see what happen), L-2 ROR with Mariner and Tavares, (ROR on the third with spare parts is just criminal, put him back on a stacked line where he can do damage, L-3 Kampf, with Acciari, and Jankrok then mix remaining two pieces as needed. The Panthers really aren’t that deep, the Leafs could match them with 2, and this 3rd line is not bad either. This top six should be able to finally open the goal production flood gates and rattle the Panthers. Please, please, please Keefe, think about what you have there and just release the hounds man, you have everything to gain.

I only want Sheldon Keefe to stop trying those blender lines. Better yet fire him. Keep Dubas no matter what he asks. Team's Hearcoach has to know what are his teams best list even before Playoffs. And not try some weird blender line-ups in game 3 of 2 round game.

Some guys just don't show their emotions on their sleeves and Matthews doesn't until the very pivotal moment when hes achieved the goal he set out to accomplish. Hes non chalant if he scores in regulation but has more emotion when he wins in OT because that's final and goal accomplished. Did you not see him on the bench on the bench reaction cam when they won in OT in game 6? He was the last one to leave the bench because he was praying up at the sky with his arms over his head. Because they finally got passed the first round, a minor success to a bigger achievement but still a success. Like, you're gonna trade away one of the best goal scorers in the league because he doesn't wear his heart on his sleeve in a market with a giant fanbase watching and judging his every move. That's WILD 💀

How disappointing to see Bennet and Co., even Tkachuck behave this way. Hit Marner in the face multiple times is not a “tough guy” thing to do… for Bennet to sucker punch whomever when they’re down, and not standing to defend themselves is cowardly… be tough but not cowardly…

Now Dubas, Keefe, Marner & Matthews all get new contracts with the Leafs - and Leafs finish in the top 25% of NHL teams. Now that doesn’t make players like Marner, Wheeler or Marchand - Super Stars worth $12 Million a year. Not except in Toronto.
