Thank you for making all these great videos. Just picked up the guitar just over a week ago and started practicing the scales like you tech them. Felt really awkward until I put on a jam track and that tip helped me loosen up and start getting better already.... Hooked my amp up with headphones and my phone that helped tons as well 🤘🎸

Since most people don’t have the boss can you describe the setting on the amp. I hear some reverb and a lot of treble mud with good bass but. What else is there. I’m kinda still new to the whole effects board so I don’t know how all of them sound yet.

I downloaded the Boss katana patch for this song and it doesn’t sound right? It sounds nothing like in the video, a lot of the Synth on the Fx knob. Hopefully you can help

yeah he def didn't use that patch, just add some chorus and reverb and you should be good to go

It may not sound like the recording but we can play Db Major as x4654x right? Its not easy to play that high note consistently, I mute it by mistake sometimes.

I think if you put the capo on 3 you can skip the whole bar and just the the second half of the chord and the high note, everything will be easier

the same notes are all over the neck so you can play the same chords in different spots with different shapes. I think MY way here in this video sounds right.

it's really good practice, it'll help you stretch your fingers and hit some pretty wild chords in general. i'm just now learning myself!
