My brother used to have some black naval buddies, and they loved it. That's how I first watched it. It was their recommendation when we sat down to watch a movie.

I remember one year MERYL took a year off to spend time with family, and academy called her on her vacation and told her you've been nominated, so she has to fly back and make a quick movie! LOL

This. Is. Comedy. Gold. I've seen this clip so many times - it still makes me laugh. I especially love the laugh at the very end, "Who else is nominated for best actor. -- Well there's...." and then that soft chuckle from a camera man or something. Steve Martin had to have been the one to write this.
