⁠@@asherlevin1762In Nicol's case multi title winner playing top flight and European football for 15 seasons and international football.And had a decent coaching career in the US.Lebouf is a World Cup winner,amongst his other titles won and played 5yrs in the PL league.That's how those 2 have a job there,hope that cleared it up for you
