Technically, we saw a Diamond Attack in Jungle Moon in Stevonnie's dream. The Diamonds, at least Yellow, attacked the planet. Also the dream/flashback could count as a new power. And Jungle Moon is a flashback episode. So all three squares could be checked at this point.

Peach Dreams I remember him trying to fight the gems (and losing of course) and knocking out Steven with a potato of all things. Heck he was able to easily lift Lars (granted Lars is skinny as all heck). So we can assume he's decently strong with some durability as well as bravery (or stupidity). Heck have him train with garnet or teach him sword fighting. All they really need to do is pull his head out of his butt and knock him down a good bit of pegs and show him the reality of the situation he's in and how all of what he's done means nothing (aside from his predictions). But he does have the potential to be great if he's taught and disciplined. He's basically the kid that sees anime and cop shows and tries to copy what they do without knowing anything. Look at Connie and Lars they managed to step up. So I can see other human characters doing the same. Heck Sadie poofed a corrupted gem.

i feel like they only really included the stuff that did end up happening in Stranded because it was only like two episodes later, so they probably just figured "why not, they'll see it happen soon anyway". as for the other stuff, while i don't discount the idea of some of those squares being real, there has to be some red herrings there. the idea of it was most likely to hype up the fans and get them theorizing, not to spoil the entire season.

Not sure if you guys noticed it yet, but the diamond murals. The circles behind their heads. They give perspective on how big the diamonds are. Yellow’s circle is slightly smaller than Blue’s, showing that she’s slightly taller. Pink’s circle is the biggest, showing how small she is in comparison to the other diamonds. And since all three of these check out, White Diamond isn’t nearly as tall as fan art depicts. Her circle was the second largest in the murals, making her the second smallest of all the diamonds, and the smallest living diamond. I don’t think she’s going to be any less intimidating for it though.

Take this with a grain of salt. But what if the key to uncorrupting a gem is singing? Like we all speculate the "diamond song" corrupted the gems on earth, but what if singing the melody that the pearls sung to blue diamond would aid in uncorrupting? Dumb idea but it just kinda popped in my head while you were talking about the key to healing a corrupted mind "Pearl, sing for her, make her feel better" Maybe it needs to be sung by a pearl as well? The cartoons i watched had depth. Dexters laboratory, my life as a teenage robot, kim possible. Like where were you when these were on air? Steven universe is a gem my dude. I watched anime on saturday mornings so. But if you look at it, steven universes demographic is more teenagers and adults lol. Plus i was more intrigued by plot points as a child. I hated pointless shows, except spongebob, spongebob was my brain melting show.

DuncasterWood you have little faith in some kids shows these days. These are made by adults and giving depth to a story, that isn't plainly seen on the surface, makes it fun for them. It also gives entertainment for all ages as we see with Steven Universe. There are some kids shows made JUST for kids that are only for pure empty entertainment value and no story line.

I don't think Bloodstone is a real gem (unless it's a really new one like Peridot) because when Ronaldo asked people to call him that Pearl and Garnet didn't react as if that was a type they knew of from their life on Homeworld. Pearl even got the name wrong and said Bloodfry

I think Lars will find himself being bored on Earth and wanting the excitement of being a captain again. I don't think it will happen all in one episode but he'll just slowly realized that he's kind of bored and ultimately will probably be a really hard decision for him

I figured that some of these things were from past episodes. Garnet unfused and that’s when we met Ruby and Sapphire. We’ve had a lot of new fusions. Kevin is always Kevin. There was a type of reveal of Pink Diamond at the moon base. “Diamond Attack” could mean more backstory about it. We often get new info on Rose. Jasper returned to Earth in her first appearance (she was back.) Gems have poofed and gotten new looks. Ronaldo is always right. New songs are an old thing. Just because SOME of these things happened in new episodes doesn’t mean they all will. I mean, what bingo game have you ever been to where every one of your numbers has been called?

For "new fusion" - you could easily say that Flourite or Rhodonite count, since they are new fusions, and fusions of gem combinations we've not seen before. For "flashback episode" - Jungle Moon kinda already counts since it was a vision of Pink Diamond's past, but I do also hope for further info on Rose or a more detailed account of what happened to Pink Diamond. And yes please, Mystery Girl needs to re-appear eventually.

I know she'll get it eventually, it's been confirmed twice, once by Shelby (Her VA) and once by Rebecca herself, technically this make a wish kid got it out of her but I certainly can't have seen *both* of them lie about that. Shelby said she'd seen it herself too. But it's really getting on my nerves, because i'd honestly rather see it happen than any other large event in the series, I just want to see it happen and then continue on with the rest of everything else, so my mind would be put at ease, because i'm like constantly thinking about it. I just wish more people talked about it, because everyone's seem to have forgotten at this point.

peridot trash yeah. However it's probobly going to be a long time before we actually see Peridot get her star because of cloddy CN always putting it on another DAMN Hiatus during what has got to be the best season. Sorry, CN and their habit of putting SU on Hiatus all the time has been stressing me out a little bit.

It's been stressing me out for years. Well, the star thing. But god the hiatus is really pissing me off. You give us the greater hiatus of 2017, shove a few episodes in our faces, and then proceed to go on another four month hiatus. It's getting really stressful, and annoying at that. Hopefully after this one though, we'll have some sort of marathon, my favorite was the new episode every friday thing. I really hope they do something like that again. After all we've been through, it's the least they could do.

There's also the idea that Emerald will tell Yellow that Lars stole the ship because of his whole "Not picked up by gem tech" shtick. I do hope we see more of Centi this season. Her first two episodes were in Season 1, her 3rd was in season 3. A 4th episode in Season 5 just makes sense from a "even spacing" standpoint.
