Steve Perry is one of the greatest voices of our time. In his prime, his vocal range surpassed them all - and I must say, the magic is still in him. Thanks Steve for continuing to share your gift with us.

People like this don't come around very often and I'm ever so glad he found the courage to get back on stage and let the rest of the world share in his very special gift. He genuinely seems like a very deep and introspective soul, not something we place a lot of value on these days. I was lucky enough to have grown up with Journey and it does me good to hear his voice again. No one sings about love, hope or loss anymore, not like this guy.

The “Traces” album is truly a reflection of people, places, feelings and moments that have touched Steve Perry’s life. There are only a few people in this world who can put feelings into words and compassion in their voice the way Steve Perry can. I think that’s why his music has stood the test of time. “Most of All” is definitely one of my favorite songs on the album.

Why is this album not getting its due acclaim? This song has magic in it. Come on Steve let’s get on the road and do a tour.

Hey, I just noticed....this guy has a pretty good voice. (KIDDING!!! Don't kill me lol). Escape was emblematic of that period for me, as it was for so many. It's great to hear Steve's voice again; truly one of the single greatest vocal talents of our time.

Steve got his distinctive nose from his father. Both very handsome, and his mom and Kellie are just beautiful. The colors are amazing. My interpretation is butterflies or gorgeous Autumn leaves flying around. Remember., he wants us to experience it in our own way. When you listen to this album top to bottom its truly amazing. Gone for 20+ years and puts out an album where every song is good. That would be the equivalent of Michael jordan coming out of retirement at 50 and becoming league MVP. He won't get credit for this album for along time but its his best work.

Journey was my first concert experience. I fell in love with the band during the period of transition as Steve Perry joined the band in the late ‘70s. I appreciate both bands (before and with Perry), but there is no denying Steve Perry’s unique vocal gift! He will forever be my favorite vocalist. It doesn’t matter what he sings, that voice is always pure and authentic and unmistakable.

Been waiting for Steve to rejoin Journey for so long. Now after listening to this album I really don't so much. This album is sooo... beautiful I'm just satisfied having Steve all by himself!!!!
