Yes this is the full album version of Living for the City and yes that's all Stevie Wonder with the exception of the background vocals. He also played all the instruments. This is one of his many classic songs and you have just begun to scratch the surface with his music, his music catalog is very deep.

I lived at the time stevie released this record and everything he is saying is true.. he can deliver that message because we all could see that every day in our neighbor hoods .. and we knew friends or family members who was going through that .. stevie is teaching from experience....
