This is my go to video when I am in a bad mood! 11 minutes later i feel so much better! My father in law introduced me to this video years ago. Side note....my father in law is the harpsurgeon!! He not only plays the harmonica, he services and builds custom harmonicas for many famous clients, and Stevie being one of them! Victoria happens to be a neighbor of his too...easy on the eyes! Great video to do a reaction to.

I have listened to this recording hundreds of times in the past year. The first time I heard it, I was blown away. I didn't think I could be more impressed with Stevie than I already was, but his band's performance of this number raised my appreciation greatly. This recording totally lifts my mood, too. It's pure ecstasy.

Man, I feel you as a 70's French kid. My older brother was totally into Stevie and he gave me the virus when I was nine and "Songs in the key of life" was released. I deeply loved it but I really became obssessed with Stevie when he released "The secret life of plants" in 79. even if I almost didn't understand the lyrics at the time I was hooked by the profound spirituality and eclectism of this underrated album. Peace. A seed's a star.

This is originally a Chick Corea written instrumental. Al Jarreau covered it and added lyrics to it. So Stevie is performing the Corea original and not the Al Jarreau cover. On Jarreau's A Rhyme This Time album, he featured many jazz instrumentals to which lyrics were added.

I also thought Stevie will sing Al’s lyrics. Watching live bands are always exhilarating, and the experience is very memorable. I’ll never forget Al’s last concert in Austin. Also when EW&F came to Houston. I went crazy! haha. Thank you for this vid. I enjoyed it. Am humming Stevie’s “Lovely Day”. 🤗🎶💕🇺🇸

Yes, Stevie Wonder is a Legend. Just like Louis Armstrong is a Legend different kind of genre but, still to this day I'm always mesmerized. Even my two sons love him and his music. They also love Stevie Wonder. Thanks for sharing. 👍💜🍀🤘🇱🇺🌷🤗
