Stewed Beef Recipe (Jamaican Style)

2 жыл бұрынThis Stewed Beef recipe is simple, but with loads of flavor, juicy and extremely tender!
Ingredients
2 1bs Beef (cut into pieces)
1 tbsp Jerk Seasoning (optional)
1 tbsp all purpose or any meat seasoning
Salt & Black pepper to taste
4 tbsp green season
1 tsp mince garlic
1/2 tsp mince ginger
1 tsp browning
Pimento seeds (crush)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp sugar
Potato & Carrot (dice)
1 tomato
1 tbsp chopped onion
Bell pepper
Whole scotch bonnet pepper
Fresh thyme
1-2 tbsp ketchup
Use recipe as a guide, adjust to taste.

Can i use oxtail seasoning instead of jerk seasoning? I'm trying to make a bootleg version of oxtails without paying for the actual oxtails 😂😂😂
