I'm a combat vet and I go crazy sometimes. When I do I jump in my car and just drive. Sometimes these drives can last for many hours and this song and many others of yalls cools me right out brothers . Thank you for what you do.

We just saw an amazing stick figure show in Seattle. We discovered stick figure last summer, when they were the only medicine that worked for us. We lost our dog Maggie in a long, painful death. We were crushed. It hurt to breathe. Too many memories at home, so we'd just drive around in the car listening to stick figure for hours every day/night. It was the only medicine that worked. Gradually over weeks, it didn't hurt quite as much to be at home. We still miss our sweet Maggie, but it's mellowed into good memories and love. I think stick figure works well for grief, because there's both beauty and melancholy in the songs. It doesn't pretend that life doesn't hurt, but helps embrace the hurt into the beauty. Thank you stick figure.

They upload their songs on KZfaq so that you can freely download it , listen to it a lot and want to spend money to see them on stage buying concert/festival tickets...that's 2018 economic reallity for a modern band. Get the public on the internet, get revenue from live performance. If you don't share on youtube, people don't know you and won't pay to come see you live. Pragmatism / Hard-true reality...

His first four or five albums including this one he singlehandedly created . Each song was written as he started with the drum beat ..then layed each different instrumental track himself in layers... then he sang.....while playing the guitar and keyboard..... he only partnered with kbong and got a band after this album and if that’s not like putting your soul into sound idk what is... he’s a musical sound master. Soul food. This is my all time favorite for real. What talent!

This album goes so hard. Pretty much every single song has a double meaning. It took me a while to figure out this one, even though its so simple. I was hitting a massive bowl and then I realized the double meaning behind the lyric "Breath, and take it in"

What's wild is that two years after I made this comment, I was diagnosed with stage4 metastatic breast cancer and the last time I saw Stick Figure live in SLC (2018) I got to meet them afterwards (bald head & all) Scott and Kbong were so kind to me and I remember it felt so healing! 💚💛❤️🩹

love your music and you resently came to our casino and my 13 yr. old daughter went even thou she was in pain but she said stick figure healed me dat night cuz she was standing by the speakers and the vibrations. but the next day she had pain. she has leukaemia.

I am not sure what it is but your story about your daughter is believable to me. Stick has changed my life for the better too. This kind of music only comes from pure love. I am saying a prayer for you and your daughter right now. There is power and love in that. Do your best each day to do good and love your brothers and sisters. Slow down, give thanks and praise and....just breathe.

just getting out of a 3 year old relationship with a addict. we have a 19 month old daughter and the last overdose was right after I went to see my dying grandfather. and I saw the lies and manipulation so clear. I have to look through all of old texts and any messages sent, and wow. so many times I apologize for expressing myself, and I was wrong because he was suicidal, or struggling or overwhelmed. and I was so tired of hearing excuses I would apologize. and he only apologized a handful of times. I finally have the strength to leave. but my anxiety reading 3 years of messages is giving me severe anxiety. I come to this song to bring me back down, and to breathe. fighting for change is hard, and it's easy to do nothing. but it is part of my story and I'm blessed to experience the gift of life, love, pain, fear everything. it reminds me I am human and alive. and today I am thankful for that.

Nothing better than driving down the coast to surf, Stick blaring from my speakers. It’s so easy loving life when you have such motivation from great people like Scott!!
