Here I go through a non running stihl 194t and see if i can get it running. It was having fueling issues and was DOA with no start condition. Lets fix it!

Check rakers get them to .25 for hardwood. .30 for soft wood

Yep. I’ve never worked on a Stihl top handle but the 1 common thing about all the other Stihls I’ve worked on is they all whip my a$$ getting the throttle linkage installed - MS260 is the worst…. Hahahaha

Also has you know stihl n husqvarna has plants all over the world including China Brazil USA Germany Sweden only a few models are made in their home land n the USA plants most are made in China Brazil

Yeah I hear ya. But don't claim made in USA if your using Chinese parts all through your stuff right. I say the same for made in Germany if I see Chinese parts

That 194t is nowhere near the performer n reliability of the 200t 020t or 201t I would take my 191t over 194t and the 191t don't have the best reputation Stihl 194T 1.94 ci 31.8 cc 1.8 bhp weight 7.28 power head 38mm bore 28 stroke max rpm 13.500 idle rpm 3000 Stihl 200T 2.15 ci 35.2 cc 2.2bhp 40mm bore 28mm stroke weight 7.9 power head max rpm 14k idle rpm 2800

Yeah I’ve seen where the rod is a stamped piece and not forged. Won’t be as reliable and prob won’t like mods like the 200. Still a pretty good runner!

@@Man-Timelook for a 020t same specs as 200t but not quite the demand and price of a 200t you will see and feel the deference between 194t 020t even without any mods carbs on 020t can be picky can always swap out for 200t carb one of the improvements from 020t to 200t
