I believe that each of the forces represent a "property" (not sure if right word) of physics Speed = Momentum Still = Inerta Strength = Force Sage = Information I hope that the other 3 follow a similar pattern

Once there was four forces, each in harmony. Then, everything changed when the still force attacked. Only the flash, master of all four forces could stop them, but when the multiverse needed him the most, he vanished. One trillion years passed and my brother and I discovered the new Flash, Barry Allen. While his speed force skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone. But, I believe Barry can save the multiverse!

The Game Detective ooh for Batman I started at year one which I heard was a good starting point. It was ok nothing special but next I want to get the man who laughs the canon origin for joker and probably read the long Halloween and dark victory. All his early years. Crispy Wafflez I would also recommend starting Batman Rebirth. You dont need much background knowledge. There might be a few things you are unfamiliar with but it is basically the story of adding more people to the batfamily (at least at the beginning) so you should be fine!

Considering how utterly ridiculous and not-very-well-understood the Speed Force is, it will be interesting to see where the new (equivalent?) Forces go when they are used to their fullest potential. - Infinite strength from the Strength Force, obviously. - True invulnerability, kinetic dampening, freeze powers, history-alteration immunity (reboot immunity?), and time stopping for the Still Force? - No idea about the Sage Force, though... Infinite intelligence and/or psychic powers sounds too OP even compared to the Speed Force's shenanigans. Of course, the Red isn't NEARLY as powerful as I figured it would logically be, so I could be similarly overestimating the Sage Force...

I'm glad writers are finally showing just how insanely powerful speedsters are and how little of their full power they have reached. It used to be you'd read a flash comic and wonder why his powers were always toned down in justice league issues (which they still are) but now they've fully embraced the idea that speedsters are so powerful they are constantly changing reality and warping time and space. I think it's cool to see barry and wally shine in the newest dc runs.

each of these four forces get a lantern core, the stillforce got the UV core with super fear powers I think the speedforce should have the Gamma lanterns, the highest energy and summon mental projections of others as constructs, including defeated enemies, like agent orange, but also any ally, living or dead. This would also boost a speedsters speed if they had one

This is so interesting though. Flash said long ago that a speedster must AT LEAST be going light speed to even begin entering the Speed Force and Flash is well beyond light speed. With that being said I’m so interested in the Strength Force because if it works like the Speed Force a person must have a certain level of strength to enter it’s just a theory but if it’s true the Strength Force would make people like Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter and Shazam ridiculously OP. And imagine Martian Manhunter with the Sage Force??? I’m just nerding our right now thinking about how the places this storyline could go.

I'm thinking that Scott Snyder is overdoing it a little bit in the Justice League book. Throwing all these new things at the reader in a span of barely four issues. The still force, the invisible spectrum, Umbrax, Ultraviolet Lantern, baby Turtle, underwater base with White Martians. It all seems a bit much. It's really easy to get lost in all of this.

egon244 not if you read the entire comic slowly, what Scott Snyder is doing is actually great, he is showing that the Justice League should deal with universal ending issues. For real, those 6 issues of JL are far better than all the other runs of JL period. Showing new stuff is always awesome.

There's way too many forces in DC I get confused as hell, first the Emotional Spectrum, then the Elemental Forces, then the Speed Force, then the Astro-Force, and the Quantum Field, now all these. Pretty much all forces outside the Emotional Spectrum are quite underdeveloped

the spectrum corps were introduced during Sienstro Corps War, Final Crisis, War of Light and then Blackest Night. it took like hell long of time to put new shit into DC Universe.

Not opposite, just darker. Whether you have the speed force or negative speed force you still have super speed but with negative you are more destructive. The opposite of moving is staying still so Still Force

These forces kinda remind me of the infinity stones. Speed Force = time, Sage force = Mind, Strength force = Power, eventually were gonna have someone with all six… or seven if speed force is not one of the six.
