Great images, I like them both, the first image has a feel like you would find it in a home, vase on a table top.The second image reminds me of a vase in a gallery on display. Thanks for the videos, I've been trying some still light painting myself.

You have some interesting "light painting" videos that I have been thoroughly enjoying. What has really aroused my curiosity is that you can watch how your exposure and shot is progressing on your screen, as you are "painting". How are you doing this? Is this a special app? Can I do this with my Canon R6? Watching the screen as you "paint" is really a great advantage. I await your explanation, and thank you for your informative videos. By the way, I kind of like the first one better, but both shots are excellent.

I like both as always, but #2 is my favorite. By the way, thank you for doing these light painting videos, I really enjoy them and you've started me experimenting with it myself. I always look forward to seeing what you do next.

I prefer the layout of #2, although i would prefer the image of #1 vase on the #2 layout

Love the channel. Question, are you using different colored flashlights? Also, do you have any recommendations for smaller flashlights?

I like #2. I believe some of the purple is showing on the yellow and it really makes the vase be the standout ( on a pedestal ). I am interested when and where you focus. Do you light things up and then lock focus?

#2. I think it could've been made in portrait format (would give better resolution, too ;-)). Or a square crop. Or asymmetrical (vase at the right third of the frame, giving some "uphill" feeling), but not as a crop, but as a new image. I really like the idea to put the vase on a stand and have the fabric fall to the side like a "volcano" - maybe me seeing it more as an asymmetrical composition comes from imagining it as a sort of "landscape" shot of a volcano … I first thought that your videos might become somewhat repetitive real quick, but now I realize that I get something new to consider with every video, and that you put in specific topics now and then. That said, the sped-up version is more to my liking, as I get a better impression of how the light "adds up". Others might find the more meditative "real time" version more enjoyable.
