Me " three!" Lol. Question : if I get the PPP can I use this to replace my employees ' vacation pay and sick day pay I paid out due to the shut down? Will this make that portion non forgivable? I had to give my employees their benefits up front so they can live on it while waiting for UI to kick in. Thanks!

Alimamy G Kanu I been studying the Brian Kim phenomenon.. and I think is a combination of: his videos are short and to the point, the style of the videos are consistent, he has a very unique personality that shows on every video, and he is better looking.... LOL Probably the reasons why. My videos have almost always been small business and accountant focused, a bit more niche. I am so excited to see another CPA raise to the occasion and show us how it’s done on KZfaq!

I agree that shorter content encourages people to watch a video. However with patience, your videos provided more details. It depends on the viewer. Me for example, I know most of the info Brian Kim is providing because I read a lot. I get little more info from your videos Overall than from Brian Kim videos because you go much more Into details. Thanks for all you do.

Hector Garcia CPA Yes, Hector I have subscribed you more earlier than Brain, the quickbook videos you posted which helped me a lot and let me got ride of the difficulties. When I started my current job, the supervisor let me finish the work throughout QB asap, I didn’t know deep of QB specially online version. It’s you I always appreciate what you did here.

Mike Case i don’t have the “legal” answer... but logic dictates that if you are getting PPP, then you shouldn’t get unemployment. But don’t know how these would be tracked

@@HectorGarciaCPA well ergo the question because one is state with federal help, one is federal and there is millions of people just like me wondering. When the ppp comes out thousands of workers technically will get rehired but they want to collect because it's more money for the worker. Then the ppp isn't forgivable and the owner eats it. Or another issue like me the ppp is on a sole proprietorship based on my income but 1099 workers aren't payroll their an expense minus my pay. So I just pay my self and have an expense till their back allowed to work. It just seems there is many growing problems.

@@HectorGarciaCPA especially since my state went on lock down on March 28 which they said unemployment checks will be backdated till that week and the ppp doesn't need to start till June 30 for rehire. So I think their is going to be many many issues.

Cindy Kim I believe you can. But once you get approved for PPP and use it to pay yourself then you can no longer be on unemployment.

L R The worst payroll services out there in my professional experience. It is unfortunate they don’t seem to provide their employees good training in order to answer client questions competently.

Hector Garcia CPA did you have any updates from ppp all bank want business account they create the own requirements member congress need to change this policy from the bank make it difficult for business owners to apply
