I don’t see how u can say that in THIS case Tony allowed Darby Allin to do an all time spot right up there with foley coming off the cell or grimes off the scaffold IN STINGS LAST MATCH. The attention and glory should’ve ALL went to sting not Darby. Sting should Not have been put in this position where in the post Marc speech sting tries to take the attention away from Darby and onto himself by LITERALLY saying “ Darby is a risk taker.. but IVE ALWAYS BEEN A RISK TAKER”. Then at the Media scrum in this video Sting literally tries it again by saying “cmon the Old guy went thru some tables too guys…”. It’s not cool and I’m pissed that Tony allowed this to happen in Stings LAST MATCH. instead what will be remembered will be that crazy spot by Darby. It will live on replays and compilations for years. Someone on twitter literally said a legend was born talking about Darby.. Darby took all the glory. Not cool.

It's kinda sad that Tony gets crap for being a fanboy. If he wasn't a fanboy, we wouldn't have AEW as an option since starting a wrestling company is pretty much a money pit. He created an alternative and although I have my issues with AEW, he made wrestling better just by creating it.

FACTS! I hate when I hear people say that same thing. Like you can't tell me one fan who, if they had the money that Tony did, wouldn't love to have a wrestling promotion, one as big as AEW is for as new as it is, and not sit there with a smile on your face and just be happy. Dudes living out his dreams and that's amazing that he can and, at the same time, offer us fans an alternative to what was just one promotion for the longest time

I agree. A long time ago, I used to wish TNA would go out of business because I thought they were trash.. Then I thought about it, "what good would that do?" Wrestlers would lose their jobs and their options would be limited since WWE would be the only other big promotion around... And even though I may not enjoy the product, there are others that do.. Also, it's always good for the WWE to have a little competition. In conclusion, it's better, healthier overall when the WWE isn't the only option for fans and wrestlers.

I really don’t like AEW wrestling, but I love Sting and I have to give credit to Tony con for sending Sting off into retirement The right way I thought it was the best match of the night due to the fact of the nature of it Darby was the perfect partner for sting to have throughout this last run. They complimented each other perfectly so Tony 100% to you for this match and stings final run as a wrestler, maybe AEW will start to look up. I would really like to see them in contention with WWE because I don’t really like WWE. Mainly because I was raised on wrestling from about 1972. I began watching Pacific Northwest Portland wrestling Georgia championship wrestling which turned into WCW wrestling. I love the territory days the WCCW, Mid south, Mid Atlantic, The wrestling I grew up on thank you again, Tony,Khan For an awesome sendoff match and thank you staying in Darby for an excellent match and thank you Derby for giving sting the glast and best run of his life Thank you staying for an awesome career of entertaining an exciting matches championship runs feuds And some of the greatest wrestling matches of all time ☘️🇺🇸🤘⚡️⚡️

Some of you guys give Tony to much shit... I think it's more jealousy then anything.. If you had his money and could start your own wrestling company I'm guessing the reactions would be the same if not more... Keep it up Tony!!!

@@DarkLordofTheSith69Being Sting’s last opponents wasn’t enough for them. They had to beat him, break his streak, and take the titles from him. They got more than they deserved in my opinion.

@assassinsknight well said I couldn't agree more ..Sting is wrestling royalty they should of been honored just to share a ring with him ..I first saw sting in 1989 I was 7 its incredible that he only just had his last match hes almost mythical at this point and the bucks or page will never accomplish anything close to what Sting has they are everything I dislike about modern wrestling they have ran AEW into the ground

What makes you feel so "uncomfortable" Did he take a dump on someone's head? Did he objectify women on television? Was he involved in sex trafficking? What could you possibly be so uncomfortable about.

Imagine paying for Elimination Chamber when it was 100% predictable, the champions and the rock weren't even there, and the biggest spot was the traditional push thru the chamber pod. WWE can be really really lame

Ok see this is the crap i cant stand. Yeah sting has had an AMAZING career. But he most certainly hasn't had the longest or a unique career in the time put on. What about ric? NOBODY but hulk has had a career as long. What about taker or triple h? So to sit here and act like stings career is the end all be all is absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to a loooooooot of others who were around longer and had the same if not better unique experiences. Sure there is only a handful of guys but to act like they were nothing compared to sting is a down right disgrace

At least Tony Khan hasn't had to step down because of allegations made against him going back decades. At least Tony Khan isn't accused of being a fixer, or involved in facilitating his boss's deviancy. The marks are hilarious. They treat Khan worse than they treat the guy who built their little universe. WWE is a cult. And like a lot of cults Vince likes to be seen as a 'father figure', and excommunicates and seeks to destroy those who leave the cult, like Warrior, like Hart, like all the others who deserted him.
